Feature
1.WCB type gear oil pump is mainly composed of gear, shaft, pump body and shaft end seal. After heat treatment, the gear has higher hardness and strength, and is installed with the shaft in the replaceable shaft sleeve. The lubrication of all parts in the pump is automatically achieved by using the output medium when the pump is working.
2. The pump has a reasonable design of oil drainage and oil return groove, which is the minimum torque force borne by the gear in the work, so the bearing load is small, wear is small, and the pump efficiency is high.
3. The pump is equipped with a safety valve as overload protection. The total backflow pressure of the safety valve is 1.5 times of the rated discharge pressure of the pump, and can also be adjusted according to the actual needs within the allowable discharge pressure range. However, note that the safety valve can not be used for long-term work of the pressure reducing valve, when necessary, it can be installed on the pipeline.
