Introduction
ZA/ZE series petrochemical process centrifugal pump is designed comply with API610 standard, it could be used to transfer clean water, hot liquid, chemical liquid, etc. The pump is constructed with single impeller, horizontal installed, radial split volute casing with foot support and single entry impeller, end suction, vertical discharge. This series pump is widely used in refineries, chemical industry, sea water desalination plants and also heating & air conditioning, etc.

Performance RangeHorizontal door structure, the pump head and the motor are connected by a shaft coupling, installed on the bottom plate, the impeller is open after, three bearings, shaft seal using external mechanical seal, with cooling device, bearing body Oil level observation by oil mirror; Compact and reasonable structure. The pump body is cast on the foot, can withstand the load from the pipeline and direct to the foundation, so that the pump rotor will not be bent due to the pump load.thus, the service life of load bearing and mechanical seal is guaranteed. Maintenance does not need to open the pipeline connected with the pump body, as long as the bolt between the bracket and the pump body is opened, the two can be separated to repair the impeller and mechanical seal, easy and convenient.rotation direction of the pump: look at the pump from the end of the motor and rotate clockwise.
